I am Gemma Piscotti, founder of GP Wellness Consulting. I bring 27 years of professional experience building businesses, leading teams, and creating the operational structure companies need to succeed.
I spent 15 years helping start, build, and manage a growing digital media company with multiple brands. I later brought that experience into healthcare and wellness, where I have spent nearly a decade helping start and operate functional medicine, integrative medicine, regenerative health, and advanced wellness practices.
My experience includes business planning, service development, staffing, hiring, compliance processes, purchasing, inventory, EHR implementation, workflow creation, training, financial oversight, performance tracking, and daily practice operations.
